These terms govern access to and use of the WITY VANTRESS website. They do not replace the commercial agreement for a campaign or creator engagement.
WITY VANTRESS is a creator media and campaign services brand. We are not a gambling operator, payment provider, financial adviser, investment service or consumer betting service. Website content is general business information and is not legal, financial or investment advice.
1. Using this website
You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person or use automated systems in a way that damages or overloads the service.
2. No campaign commitment
Submitting a campaign brief, creator application or email does not create an agency, employment, partnership or other contractual relationship and does not commit either party to a transaction. Creator availability, rates, campaign scope, eligibility and timing remain subject to review and written agreement.
3. Commercial information
Market descriptions, buying structures, estimated rates, timelines, examples and other website content are indicative. Final deliverables, fees, payment terms, attribution, performance commitments, cancellation terms and responsibilities are defined in a proposal, insertion order or other written agreement. No business outcome is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Regulated markets
Campaigns involving betting, iGaming, digital assets or other regulated categories are subject to operator eligibility, licensing position, target-market law, age-gating, advertising standards and platform policies. The client remains responsible for the legality of its product, offer, claims, landing pages and required approvals. We may decline, pause or change work where eligibility or compliance cannot be established.
5. Creator and third-party information
Creator, platform and audience information may come from third-party sources and can change. We assess available signals but do not warrant that third-party data is complete or error-free. Links to external services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and policies.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand elements, copy, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to WITY VANTRESS. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, resell or exploit substantial parts without prior written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. Confidentiality of briefs
We treat non-public campaign information submitted through the brief as confidential business information and use it to evaluate and respond to the request. Information already public, independently known, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law is not confidential. A separate NDA may be signed when appropriate.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but provide it on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, WITY VANTRESS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data submitted through the website is handled.
10. Applicable terms and updates
Specific services are governed by the written commercial agreement for that engagement, including its governing law and dispute provisions. We may update these website terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
