PRIVACY
POLICY.
This policy explains how WITY VANTRESS handles personal data when you visit this website, send a campaign brief, apply to the creator network or contact us.
1. Who controls your data
WITY VANTRESS is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Business identity and contracting details are provided in the applicable proposal, insertion order, agreement or invoice. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Campaign inquiries: name, work email, company, website, target market, vertical, commercial model, platforms, campaign type, budget range and objectives.
- Creator applications: platform, channel link, audience geography, audience or view metrics, vertical, preferred commercial model, rate expectations and contact email.
- Communications: information you include in emails and subsequent business correspondence.
- Technical and security data: IP address, request metadata and Turnstile verification signals processed to protect forms from abuse.
- Aggregate usage data: page and interaction events may be measured through a privacy-focused analytics service when enabled. Form field values are not sent to analytics.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to assess and respond to inquiries, prepare creator shortlists and commercial options, evaluate creator applications, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. The relevant legal bases may include taking steps at your request, legitimate business interests, consent where required and compliance with law.
4. Service providers and recipients
Data may be processed by providers that support the website and communications, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for transactional email delivery and Zoho for business email. A privacy-focused analytics provider such as Plausible may process limited usage events when analytics is activated. We may also disclose data to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. International processing
Our providers and business counterparties may process data in more than one country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
6. Retention
We retain inquiries and related correspondence only for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected, business follow-up, dispute handling and legal obligations. Unsuccessful or inactive inquiries are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Records connected to an active commercial relationship may be kept for the relationship and the applicable legal retention period.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent and complain to a data protection authority. Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies and similar technology
The website uses technology required for security and form verification. If non-essential analytics is activated, it is configured to avoid collecting form contents and to respect supported browser privacy signals. We will update this notice if the tracking setup materially changes.
9. Children and regulated categories
This is a business website and is not directed to children. Betting and iGaming campaign services are intended only for eligible business clients and age-appropriate audiences, subject to applicable market and platform rules.
10. Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no online transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
